Dr Zinzi Limba

Dr Zinzi Limba is a zealous and friendly Specialist Dermatologist and consultant based in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. She obtained her undergraduate medical degree (MBChB) from the University of Transkei. The skin is the biggest organ in the body, which is the window to the eye. Dr Zinzi fell in love with skin's complexity and maintaining its beauty. She later obtained her post-graduate degree (FC Derm SA) and Masters in Medicine in Dermatology (MMED, DERM) from the College of Medicine South Africa (CMSA), School of Dermatology.

Dr Limba completed her Specialist Dermatology Training at the University of Witwatersrand and served as a Specialist Dermatologist in the Tertiary and Quaternary Institution of Walter Sisulu. She opened her private practice, Your Unique Skin in Port Elizabeth, where she focuses on early detection of genetically predisposed skin conditions, screening and testing of unfamiliar changes of the skin, as well as treatment of skin disorders.

Dr Zinzi Limba aspires to become the first black female Mohs Surgeon in South Africa and works tirelessly to create awareness of dermatological conditions. She has expertise in managing all clinical and aesthetic dermatological problems. Dr Limba is active in programmes directly linked to skin awareness and has participated in several Radio programmes to help educate people about skin-related matters, including skin cancers and the effect of climate change. Outside work, Dr Limba values spending time with her children and husband.
